directs.

called and left her a voicemail. We replaced the 
jet direct with an external one and it should be 
working fine for now.

Myron is installing firmware onto this printer via
laptop and parallel cable, through DOS. He had
Adam take over and monitor the install while he
went to class.  Adam left the install running and
I will check up on it's status throughout the day
(transfer rate is really slow).

It has a message on it saying 'event 6404' and 
will not let anyone print. This is the same 
printer, Optics, that she was unable to print to 
earlier in the week.
