Printer number is 20020670[Edit Inv]. When she goes 
into 'Properties' she gets an error message that 
says 'Function address OX3D52035 caused a 
protection fault. Some or all properties may not 
be displayed.' She printed a copy of this message 
and it is next to the computer.
