Dale Goodell called.  He believes the CLIO error 
message may arise due to our unit keeping the 
CLIO program active overnight while UCS 
conducting back-ups.  

Dale has suggested that we try closing the CLIO 
program at the end of the work day to see if this 
eliminates the Network Error messages.

Good morning, 

On our Ariel computer #20020700[Edit Inv] intermittently 
over the previous two weeks when we arrive in the 
morning we see a repeated error message window 
(26 times last count) that reads: 

 

Clio 5.5.3 

! Disk or network error

 

Dale Goodell suggested that we contact UCS 
directly about this error message.  Do you have 
an idea why we are receiving this error message?
