The plastic door to the floppy drive was removed 
and jammed between the drive and the computer's 
plastic faceplate. I removed the faceplate and 
reattached the floppy drive door.

Hi, 
The floppy drive at ref 4 (20040148) is 
apparently damaged. There is no little door, and 
a metal part hangs down which prevents insertion 
of a disk.

I'll be at the reference desk (8-8899) until 3 
today.
