I walked her through connecting to it through 
radar. It is working now.

User is unable to print to printer WOU# 20020485[Edit Inv]. 
The last time she attempted to print to that 
printer and was sucessful was on Thursday. She 
mentioned that on Friday some kind of device was 
hooked up to the printer (WOU#20030033). No one 
else in the office is having any difficulties.
