User requested that this be put in as urgent as 
she is unable to get any work done. The computer 
did not shut down graciously when she left 
yesterday night. When she logged in today, her 
profile was not loaded and she is unable to 
print. She tried to shut it down again but it is 
waiting at the shut down screen 10 minutes so 
far.
