Tray 3 was the one that was broken. I brought down
a tray from the library printer that we are
working on so that they don't have to constantly
restock the paper. I also changed the settings so
that it would automatically switch trays if one
was empty.

Tray 1 has a broken plastic pieces. It will not 
print because of that. 
It will not print form tray 2 either. Reference 
area is where it is located. If you need to take 
this printer off line they would need another 
printer to put in its place.
