This appears to be an uncooperative user.  Based 
on Courtney's good track record I'm going to 
assume she did what she could.  I'm not going to 
confront her about one instance out of a whole 
bunch of good tickets. I do want to be informed 
but I won't be acting on this record.

we cannot contact anyone about this problem and we
cannot replicate this problem.

This never got figured out. It is only having 
problems printing from specific applications (I 
believe inDesign was one of them) but if they 
export it to pdf it will print.

The printer was telling him to turn it off and on 
to reset it. He did that and then it said the 
same message again. The computer is not saying 
anything. He did not give me his name, he said 
that is was the printer not the computer.
