She didn't know which terminal server she was on.
I logged into ts.wou.edu myself and this is the
error when I tried to launch Visio:

Problem with Shortcut: Only administrators have
permission to add, remove, or configure server
software during a Terminal services remote
session. If you want to install or configure
software on the server, contact your network
administrator.

Has there been an office update recently or some
other update that an admin could run to fix the
problem?
