ahead and send a final email then close the task.

Hello Ryan,

On May 30th you reported having problems logging
into your staff laptop that caused your WOU
profile to not load. I spoke with you on the 31st
and you said you would attempt to log into the
laptop again and call us back with the results
(whether the profile loaded correctly or not), but
we have heard from or not been able to get in
contact with you since. We are now closing this
task on our end and will not contact you further
about it. If the problem is still occurring please
do contact us and be sure to reference task number
20906 when you do so that we can re-open this task
for you.

We still haven't heard back from him and it's been
a week since Myron's email. Going to ask Joe about

still going on so we can either help him or close
the task.

Called and asked Ryan if the laptop was still
having the problem. He said he would try logging
in again and let us know. I also told him to give
us available times for us to come fix the problem
if it is still occurring.

He tried logging in several times, and he claimed 
it would be loading but would stop half way 
through the process
