Lori said that when he tried to open Microsoft
Word, it froze on her. I am going to head back to
the library to see if this causes the thinclient
to lock up.

Trying to get ahold of Lori to see if there is 
anything else she did to cause an error.  As for 
the thinclient, everything seems to be working 
correctly.

to speak of.  Trying to reproduce everything they 
did to cause the error, but no errors to be found.
