Took over a thin client. It could also see the
network connection, but couldn't actually connect
to anything, couldn't bring up the main menu.

Took down the jack information and took it over to
Telecom. They said they'd take care of this.
Closing ticket.

This computer isn't Jan's. It's in room 107 in the
cottage downstairs. When you walk in head straight
to the back wall. It's in the office to the left
below the littler desk.

Computer Name: UA20660EDWARDSL
Bound to: mash.wou.edu

It's giving a "Limited or No Connectivity" error.
Can't log into MASH, but can log into local
machine. Still no internet access, can't refresh IP.

The jack is very old so it would most likely be
best for a thin client to be taken over so we can
see if the problem is in the jack, network cable,
or thin client.

Also, this is an outgrowth of Ticket number 20921
and this computer needs to have the Avery Wizard
3.0 software installed on it when the computer is
up and running. This software can be found on the
T drive in the Avery Wizard 3.0 folder. Pretty
simple install.

After it's installed users will need to be sure to
check "Always trust macros from this publisher"
and click "enable macros" the first time they use
Word. After that it should work fine.
