The monitor is old and the locking "feature"
cannot be turned off because the menu key (used to
 turn it off) is not working or pressing
additional keys and just displaying the lock
again. Sandelbaugh was instructed to unplug and
replug the monitor if the lock displays for an
extended period of time again. It really just
needs replaced.

User called back. He is no longer having a 
problem with the monitor, but since it might come 
back he'd like a tech to take a look at things. 
He's available today between 1 and 3:00

 This problem occurred six months to a year ago 
and was fixed. But it came back yesterday. It has 
been going off and on since yesterday. He can 
still use computer, but the blue symbol is in the 
middle of the screen. Office will be open
