sigh....following this task makes one see why I
view name changes as a superfluous use of time.

She recently changed her name and Joe helped her 
change her login, but now she is unable to select 
different profiles because of that. For example, 
if she is checking orders or purchases on the 
Visa account, she can't select that profile.
