She got a message saying 'failed to print' and 
when she opened the print que, she got a message 
saying 'error printing'. While she was on the 
phone with me, a message popped up 
saying 'Micosoft LDAP failed to connect to 
sundown.wou.edu due to invalid authentication.' 
The name of the printer is RRCD.
