Found the outlet. It was hiding under the bed all
along. Closing ticket.

Kathy Alderson called to clarify the issue. It is 
a monitor that had been plugged in, but they 
found it unplugged today and can't find where it 
had been plugged in.

called to try to get a better understanding of 
the problem. It would seem that they have a set 
of outlets that are full and need to plug in the 
monitor.  I suggested looking into getting a 
power strip for that area.
