Done. I ran updates, wsus.bat, and then the
installer. Slow, but it works.

Error message 'Instruction at 0x745f2780 
reference memory at 0x00000000. The memory could 
not be read'. That is the first issue.

The second is:

Trying to install Verizon wireless internet 
connection, but it won't let him upload the 
drivers. He has been speaking with Verizon about 
this and they have emailed him some additional 
files, but they won't work. He is in until 5 and 
has the computer with him.
