Her WOU account is not locked.  Will check in on
Monday with her to see what the issue is.

The user is Ashley Fletcher.  She will be in on
Monday 9-12 to verify whether or not this issue
has been resolved.  I will talk to Joe to see if
we can look at her account to make sure it is not
locked.

Brian, is there a reason this task is still open?
If it's registrar issue then we can close it, if
not, what do we still need to do?

The machine isn't the issue, but rather a user is
locked out of her account.  Karen is going to
contact the registrar about this.
