Windows updates are done. Everything is go. While
the cost of wireless has been approved we never
heard back from Tiffany smith at all so wireless
isn't set up.

I'm going to take the laptop back to them since
they're being impatient for it. They can set up
their wireless.

Sophos is installed and updated. Running windows
updates now.

Drivers are set up. Sophos needs to be reinstalled
from the proper location so that they don't get
bradford errors later on.

The laptop doesn't appear to be set up for
wireless through telecom, so they'll need to be
told to set that up.

The drivers for the video card and wireless nic
still need to be installed before this is ready to
go back to them. I'm going to get that taken care
of and then take it over.

Called and left a message asking when we could
bring the laptop back to them. I explained that
the DVD drive is working. Also, that we haven't
heard anything from Tiffany Smith [who said she's
set up the wireless account] about the wireless
account login, but that telecommunications should
be able to walk them through connecting wirelessly.

task. They were hoping to get the laptop back

The laptop is silver and sitting by my station. It
needs to have the DVD drive tested/looked at. The
wireless has not been setup through
telecommunications yet, so we're waiting for a
call from Tiffany Smith before that can be sorted out.

We need to add functionality to one of our laptop 
units.  First, we need it connected to Wireless 
Web, second we need it to be capable of reading 
DVD disks.  The cost of doing so has already been 
approved by Tiffany Smith, CC'd here.  Please
