Took a look at it, the jack and the camera are
working fine.

This is the camera that she uses to aid in 
interpreting phone calls for the hearing 
impaired. It wasn't working when she plugged it 
in in her office, but someone borrowed it 
recently and tried it in another room and it 
worked. I suggested that, if it is a problem with 
the jack, it may be an issue for Telecom, but 
that I would have a tech look into it to be sure.
