The whole problem is that she never had a 
password and she does not want the keychain, so 
she will not need a password. I transferred her 
back to Brad. GOOD LUCK!

She would like Joe to handle this becuase he has 
already fixed this problem before for her. She 
would it if he could do it remotely so she does 
not have to worry about it. She wants to know if 
he can set it to where her password is 
automatically entered when she logs into her Mac 
mail. She would also like a phone call once this 
is done. Thanks
