Just noticed it Friday Evening. It has worked 
fine before then. Pro Tools Version 6.9 he was 
using, but Today he upgraded to 6.9.2 and did not 
solve the problem. He is on a MAC.
**He stated that he needs this software because 
he is working on commencement**

He will be in his office until 5:00pm today, and 
Available from 10:00am to 5:00pm tomorrow and 
rest of week.
