Discussed this w/ Sarah.  She is not sure why 
she put it under Ross,  Maybe she was going for 
Ellis.  I think she understands our not 
providing home support.  I explained that he 
could bring the laptop to his office and we 
could send someone out to make sure the laptop 
was operating correctly.

Also, I called Phillip and it appears that he
isn't having any trouble with the wireless on
campus, but is instead having difficulty with the
speed of his wireless at home. Obviously we don't
deal with this, but I tried to be nice and said
that I didn't know how he could fix it and that I
would close the task.

Also this computer will not allow him to log in
from home to his computer at school (he said there
were issues with this when he first got it as
well).  It is a school laptop.

He would like someone to call him before 11am
because after 11, he is going to be out of town
for 10 days.   He wants to know about the wireless
settings, since he is having trouble getting the
wireless to work properly.
