LOL - no one in the library knows anything about 
this task.  I talked to three reference workers 
and none of them know where the machine is or 
who called in the problem.  All the library 
machines with WOU numbers starting in 2002 are 
all currently occupied, so it looks like a 
treasure hunt some other time.

The green light on the tower is always on and the 
computer is always making noise. She said it 
sounds like when you open a program or start the 
computer and it revs up a little, except that it 
won't stop.
