The printer had plenty of paper stuck into tray 3
but that tray was set to "bond" instead of "plain"
paper. I changed that setting and now it's
printing just fine. The problem was that tray two
was out of paper. Now it will default to tray 3 if
tray 2 is out of paper. Problem solved.

She has been unable to print since yesterday. 
Other people in the office are able to print to 
it just fine. The printer is listed under radar.
