The laptop has some hardware problems. We replaced
the hard drive because Windows could not
read/install to the original one. The problem
still occurs, but Brad is working on
troubleshooting it.

talked to Ryan West.  He was hoping to have the 
laptop before June 29th (for SOAR).  If it isn't 
going to happen in this time frame, he just 
needs to be notified so that they can make other 
arrangements.

by Mike Soukup, he may have additional info as 
far as their printer and software needs as well 
as final contact for delivery in FIN AID office.  
I will put this laptop and invoice in a tech 
inbox. It is to get Office Pro 2003 installed 
from P0061633
