The wireless wasn't connecting. I fixed that. I am
assuming that was the problem but Jim wasn't there
so I don't know for sure. He'll be back in a few
days and if there is a different problem, they
will call us back.

The laptop has not be configured again for office 
use and they can't use wireless, now, because of 
it.
