She gets system low battery warnings when she 
turns the computer on and the issue that she had 
before is once again becoming a problem.  As 
before:
'Uncaught exception: access to xp connect service 
denied' is the message she is getting.

'Uncaught exception: access to xp connect service 
denied' is the message she is getting. I think 
there may have been a little mix-up, it sounded 
like she thought someone was already working on 
this and was going to get back to her.

Myron was working on a different ticket this
morning and Leta mentioned she had a problem with
Firefox. Myron was working on something for Joe so
he instructed her to call in the ticket to the
help desk. She hasn't done so.

I called and left a vm with this ticket number and
asked her to call back in with some information on
what's actually wrong. When she calls into the
help desk PLEASE update the "brief Description"
field with the actual problem. What I've got up
there now is just a placeholder.
