Myron and I checked it out.  The document was
opening in viewer since she did not have adobe. A
simple copy and paste into a word document suited
her needs.

She has a document on her desktop that she needs 
to edit for SOAR. When she tries to click on it 
to make changes, she gets the little hand and 
can't click on anything to make any changes. The 
document is called SOAR Promo.
