called him and he said that the problems were
intermittent, and that he would let us know if the
problem occurred again.

Problem is still occurring but it is intermittent.
The problem is not occurring today. Things are ok
right now.

I don't know if this is a profile problem, or
because he's staying logged into a session too
long or what.

he's going to call us back when the problem is
occurring. Please update with the info and then
call the tech phone to let us know when he calls
back in. Please set the status to pending when
this happens.

This has been going on for a couple weeks. Word 
and Excel are not working well. His thing client 
has just been acting strangely. He is not able to 
perform simple commands such as cut and paste.
