Those links pointed me in the right direction.

The setting in File -> Print Level needs to be set
to High rather than Raw (which was the setting
which the Library had it set to) this resolved the
printing problem.

Evidently this has been an intermittent problem
for a while. I was able to make it print in IE and
Firefox simply by rebooting.

The larger problem for them is that they can't
print from Anzio which is the program that does
their WOLF Statistics. I know nothing about Anzio.
Roy is supposed to know a bit about it and will
take a look at their end. They'll call back in if
they can or can't get this resolved.

Whenever they try to print, a message comes up 
saying 'Before you can print, you need to select 
a printer'.  After they choose a printer, they 
don't have the option of applying or printing. 
They try installing but they get the same outcome.
