I reinstalled the printer driver. She's able to
print in color on her local machine but is still
having problems printing in color from TS.

Problem remains. Files are only letting her print
in black and white even though the files in
indesign and adobe acrobat show as being in color.
Tried telling it to print without color management
and draw straight from source, but that didn't fix
the problem.

Jan says that the printer will not work properly, 
she thinks it is an issue with the drivers. She 
says from the computer it looks fine, and then 
mentioned that she thought it was an issue with 
the terminal server.  She will be here until 5pm 
and is trying to finish a project, which she is 
unable to print.
