remember if I listed Contribute as a program that 
needed to go on to 
my machine.  I believe that I did, but, in the 
event that I didn't, 
can you add it to the list of software that I 
need?

Task reassigned to Tricia Flaherty.

Corel Draw 10 has been installed. TRI will need to
purchase:

Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard
Word Perfect 2000

Tricia is looking further for the licenses,
because Lisa says that TRI doesn't have them. If
none can be found then TRI will need to purchase
more. A Corel Draw 10 will probably be fine for
Gail according to Lisa, but Gail is out of town
until late next week.

Just finished setting up Debbie Kenyon's machine.
Left a VM for Lisa Wilson letting her know for her
records. 

The following software for Gail does not have
licensing information that we can find:
Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard
Word Perfect 2000
Corel Draw 8

I left a message for Lisa Wilson asking about the
licensing info for those programs. I also
mentioned TRI has some licenses for Corel Draw 10
and we can possibly give that to Gail instead of
version 8.

Ella Taylor would like a call about the delivery 
of her computer. She is going to be gone quite a 
bit in the near future, so she would like an idea 
of when it could be delivered. She would like a 
call back, 88589. She will be around for a bit 
this afternoon.

These are the additional programs that I have on 
my machine:

DBTextworks (Inmagic) v. 10 (see R. Klumph in 
Todd Hall 244)
Word Perfect Office 2000
Corel Draw

Please leave my old machine in my room for 
another week.  I am in 
Wash DC for work the week of the 16th - 20th and 
would like to have 
my old machine and hard drive when I return just 
to make sure that 
all of the things that I need are still 
accessible while I am 
starting with the new machine.

She has called to check the status of her machine

All the specialty software Ella Taylor has
requested has been purchased through TRI and it is
all recorded in the serial key documents.  All of
the software can be installed on the machine.

Greetings!
I was told to send an email with the programs 
that are on my desktop and that need to be 
transferred to my new desktop machine.  I have 
licenses for all of these that have been 
purchased through Teaching Research Institute.  
The programs that I need on my desktop are as 
follows:
 
FileMakerPro
Camtasia Studio 4
SnagIt8
Adobe Reader 8
PDFCreator
Mozilla Firefox
 
In addition, I have a Blackberry 8700c that is 
synced with my WOU email and calendar.  A program 
that I have purchased for the Blackberry is 
entitled SplashID.  Software for both of these 
are in a folder on the "My Documents" server 
entitled Stuff.
 
I also want to be sure that I will have the 
typical Microsoft Office applications and that 
both my Logitech web camera and wireless mouse 
will be functional.

Mike and I delivered the monitors, but the
computers are -not- ready. Each person (Ella,
Debbie, and Gail) will call or email with a list
of the programs they need to have on their new
machines.

and tell us when we can deliver these.
