Ok, I took care of this I believe. Her DRM
certificate was corrupted. I renamed her DRM
folder to DRM_backup and then redownloaded the
certificate. She needs to redownload the encrypted
content she was trying to listen to and the
problem should be resolved.

I'm going to close the ticket for now. if they
call back in to reopen this please reopen it and
assign it to UCS Tech.

She is getting a message saying Windows Media 
Player needs a security upgrade, but it will not 
allow her to upgrade it.
