Called. He apparently meant that he was getting
this problem off campus. I.E.- there is no
problem... I'm closing the ticket

Dell Inpriron 6000. Teaching Research Laptop.

He is trying to gain access to wou wireless. He 
registers but gets error message.

After he registers the Laptop, he gets this error 
message:
Authentication Failed.
