The computer did not have any problem starting up
for me. I did run software updates for it, and
there was one security update (maybe this causes
the problem?) that I installed. I told her when/if
the problem occurs again to let the person
answering the phone know that the task is high
priority. In order to address the problem we need
to see it happen.

Linda also inquired about her H: drive, so I
showed her how to copy/move files from her desktop
to her H: (mydocuments) drive.

She doesn't have to be there for someone to look 
at the machine.  The office is open until 5:00 pm

When she reboots it shuts off before she gets to 
the login.
