same exact problem on her machine.

She has not been in since Thursday and it was 
working prior to that.
She tried the updates, but failed

Here are her error messages:
Sophos protection dissabled
Sophos protection failed
Cannot contact server.

Available from now til 11:10am, and is usually 
available at that time frame.
