Linda is concerned because she likes to use Mac
Mail and says she relies on "those files." I told
her it'd be hopefully next week, but that the Mac
store was unreliable when we took it there last
time so we are trying to troubleshoot/repair the
problem here and that it can be a time consuming
process. I don't know -exactly- what Brad was
doing with the Mac, but hopefully we can get the
computer back to her next week.

iMac G5 needs taken to the Apple store for repair.
When being used it turns off - no shut down or
grey screen... it just goes black and the power is
off.

This has been happening for a while. Someone came 
last week to fix it. Yesterday it would not 
reboot. Today it shuts down randomly. After only 
a few minutes of use (email, browsing) it shuts 
down.

Her office is open all the time til 5pm. 

Audrey looked at it and could not figure out the 
problem.
