I replaced the computer and monitor. However, the
monitor at the station was WOU number 20031264 and
according to inventory the 980428 is in PR's
department, but room 302, which is actually two
rooms (302A & 302B), and no one in PR answered
their phones. I will try to find a home for the
20031264 monitor and retrieve the older one.

Shane is requesting InDesign. I looked through
what we have on the installs server, but couldn't
find one with PR listed, but some of them are just
names and I don't know which department everyone
works for. Also, the Adobe InDesign 2.0 doesn't
have serial information listed at all. Can I
install that one for Shane?

Hi Shane,

I am just emailing you to find out what software
is used for your job. I understand you're in the
process of leaving WOU, but you would know the
programs used for the job. The software already on
the computer includes: Microsoft Office, Internet
Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Macromedia Flash and
Dreamweaver MX. We have listed that you would like
Dreamweaver MX 2004, Extensis Portfolio 6, and
Adobe Acrobat removed from other machines and put
on this new replacement. Do you want those
programs, and is there any other software that is
needed, besides the Stat software that you have
the disks for (according to Tricia Flaherty)?

PLEASE NOTE: although this task was originally 
under Shane he is no longer here at WOU  on a 
consistent basis since he has taken another job, 
but his former temp position is where this 
machine is to go and he can be emailed for info 
on the software involved.  He left me a voice 
message indicating that he has backed up the 
stats software and has the Stats disk media for 
reinstall.  A secondary point of contact on this 
is Russ Blunck at 8-8160 he is often away from 
the office and as long as Shane is comfortable 
with having everything needed off old cpu he says 
that you can have anybody available in the PR 
office let you in.  The Sports Info office is not 
in the main PR office but off of the stairwell, 
he said it is in the small room and faces the 
window

Shane called and would like Tricia to call Russ 
Blunck to coordinate everything with the laptop.
