Restarted the Database and Database Listener. To 
start the listener "lsnrctl start" Bill took care 
of this for Micheal.

He says that when he puts in his username and 
password it would not accept it. "Log in Failed" 
He said that he was asked by our network to 
change his password and he did (not using 
accountlookup). He said that he can log onto his 
computer but not on his Computrition Software. He 
said that Mike Ellis helped him set up the 
password about a year ago, so he does not know 
how to change it.
