There was really nothing wrong with the machine.
Run sophos updates, windows updates, office
updates, and ccleaner. Closing ticket. Should be
all set to go when the new prof comes in.

I'm going to go up and check this machine since
this ticket is so old and we still don't have a
new machine for Isidore Lobnibe in. If the
machine's working fine then I'll close this ticket.

Computer in Maskee 230 is not booting properly.
She was unable to log in to show a new faculty a
network.

Just needs someone to come over and make sure the
machine is working. Kathy Hill said she has
ordered a new computer for him in this area.

We just need to let her know when the new machine
for the new prof is coming and then make sure this
older machine is working properly and then move it
wherever they need it.

Called again. no answer. Didn't leave vm.

Called and left a VM requesting a call back when
she is available to have us look at the problem

PC is assigned to a new faculty member starting 
fall term, Isidore Lobnibe. Robin was trying to 
log in (to test network connectivity? not sure) 
but windows hangs at the "Applying personal 
settings" dialog box.
