removed SAV and installed Sav Home, this allows me
to configure the settings for updating, I set it
to 1380 Minutes(23 hours)

Myron, ticket 21388 was entered as a call from
Larry saying his machine was slow. looks like they
got impatient and called in a second ticket. I'm
going to assign that one to you as well, but you
can probably safely close it and just keep this
ticket open.

The PC locks up and he said that Joe + Myron have 
looked at it and he needs one of them to come 
down to look at it.

They are working on the Commencement video and 
need help form Joe or Myron. He specifically said 
those two because its a problem they have looked 
at before.
