This did not fix the problem. The program gives
her "all kinds of errors."

I deleted the file (since Brad told me it is
generated at login). With a restart she should be
fine, but she was unable to be contacted to I've
left her a message explaining and to call us back
about this if it is solved or not.

Errors are as follows:

3343:Unrecognized database format
"\\cougar\mydocuments\desktop.ini"

Cannot find the appropriate tables in the recorded
data file. Please check the data file location.
The data file is named SA20000Data.mdb

3078:The Microsoft jet database engine cannot find
the input table or query 'lkpTerm'. Make sure it
exists and that its name is spelled correctly.
