Marjory,

The problem with your slow email access was
related to a new feature of Sophos Anti-Virus.
Joe's already resolved the issue and it shouldn't
crop up again. If Sophos detects what it deems to
be "suspicious behavior" on the part of a piece of
software it will automatically notify Joe and he
can resolve the situation from here. In this case
it was the Google Toolbar add on that was causing
the issue. Joe has added an exclusion for Sophos
so this should no longer be an issue for you.

This is a problem with the new Sophos Antivirus.
Joe's taken care of it already and will be
automatically notified of any similar issues in
the future. Emailing Marjory to let her know.

She called back and said that when she was going 
to turn her machine off to leave she got a 
message saying "Sophos Antivirus File C:/program 
file C cleaner may be corrupt" SHe said that the 
techs installed her C cleaner and so she needs 
help with this and is wondering why this has 
happened.

I looked at the ticket 21401. It is HIGHLY
unlikely that that ticket has anything to do with
this issue. I'll remote into her machine and see
if I can figure out what's going on.

She is out for the rest of the day and said that 
she will be back in the morning if you cannot fix 
this remotely.

She said that a tech came into her office and 
helped her fix her previous problem with her 
Documents and is wondering if that may be the 
cause for the slow running machine. The task is 
#21401. Everything is working but she said that 
it is running as slow as dial up would.
