restarted her machine, some stuff was running
slow, I updated the JVM, Banner ran alot faster
after this update, never could reproduce the
Freeze, I asked her to work and call us when it
happened again.

I reopened this task because it is similar to her 
inital problem of when she leaves her computer 
for 5 or 10 minutes, there are issues when she 
returns:
She was in Banner/outlook. Went to a meeting and 
returned and the cursor was locked. SHe rebooted 
and when machine was on again- cursor still 
frozen.

It didn't work. She said she gets X's through 
everything she tries to open.

She is unable to get to any programs now. She is 
going to restart and if she still has trouble she

When she leaves her computer for 5 or 10 minutes, 
the screen goes black and the power button on the 
monitor turns from green to amber. No amount of 
wiggling or clicking the mouse will turn it back 
on. This is disrupting her work quite a bit.
