She was able to print while I was there so I'm
going to close the task. BTW she has the computer
from hell.

I'd like to point out that no where in the ticket
prior to the previous note did Vicki mention that
she as attempting to access a DISK.

Vicki has called again. She said she tried to 
access the same disk that she tried to use 
yesterday and her computer has frozen again.

I think this was a profile issue. The computer
gives you an "Active Desktop Recovery" screen when
you login to Vicki's account only. I renamed her
profile vmeyers06_old and hopefully when she logs
in again it will correct itself. She had to leave
before I could have her login again. She will call
us tomorrow morning at 8am if the problem still
occurs.

In regard to the logic-defying description above, 
she got the message after she turned it back on.

She had to manually shut it off and when she 
turned it back on, she got a message that 
said 'Active desktop recovery' and it will not 
let her do anything.
