Michael Orr	Jul 13, 2007 03:10 PM	Took care of this one. Installed a dell device driver that has an option to disable the touchpad when a USB mouse is detected. If the mouse is unplugged the touchpad works normally. This laptop was unused since the last person who worked at this position left in 2005 so there were also about 40 windows updates that needed to be installed. Should be all set to go. I'll close this ticket when I return to the tech area.	Add Attachment
Audrey Sundkvist	Jul 13, 2007 01:49 PM	CM can be contacted at 88642. She wants to know how to disable the touchpad on her laptop while the mouse is plugged in. I looked in the Mouse settings and couldn't find anything (I also mentioned to her I am not the most laptop savy) she'd like a call back if someone knows how to turn it off. Thanks.	Add Attachment
