Ran spybot, ccleaner, and reinstalled firefox so
that it works for her now.

Firefox won't open from EITHER:
-Shortcut on desktop
-Startmenu

She cleaned up her desktop today, and afterward 
her firefox ceased to open:
-She still has the shortcut, shows in start menu
-Clicks on FF, nothing happens, no hourglass
-Tried to reinstall FF 2.0 via Explorer. Wouldn't 
reinstall. Tried twice, error messages said 
program corrupt, then cannot copy not enough disk 
space (she says she should have enough space)
-Doesn't know which version FF she had before
-Using explorer in meantime, wants firefox back.
