I guess Audrey took care of all of her problems. 
Bonnie is very impressed with Audrey's ability to
fix computers!

When she goes to start menu, shut down... dialog 
box pops up, she selcts shut down...nothing 
happens. No hourglass.

Tried Ctrl Alt Del and nothing happens.

Cursor and everything works, just won't shut down.
Asked her to try push and hold power button. She 
didn't want to, she was still working on 
something. (?)
