I left her this on an notepad on her desktop:
Jenny,

I looked at your email connection. Since it is a
problem with the email server, and you're using
your MInet email, you need to contact MInet. The
problem is with their email server, not with
anything WOU has access to or can control. If you
have any further questions or problems please give
us a call at extension 88925.

Error message:
Unable to connect to outgoing SMTP email server. 
If problem continues contact provider.

She mentioned she went to minetfiber.com to try 
and figure out her problem.

She says:
"Outlook express is not receiving mail."
It was fine until today. Said when she tries to 
look at her mail, error message popped up.

I tried to get more clear details, she seemed 
anxious to get off the phone and go to lunch. 
When I asked more questions she responded by 
reading the error message. She said she would 
leaving it on screen while she went out to 
lunch "in case they can come in and work on it"
